JAG were engaged on this project for the fit-out aspect on 8 floors of office space. The works included LTHW, CHW and condensate pipework away from isolation valves left by shell and core contractor to each FCU situated on the floor plate. LTHW and CHW pipework was made up of heavy grade steel pipework with a mixture of pre fab and on site construction, and solvent weld condense lines.
