Located in the Lexden and Steyne Road in Acton Town, Ealing, the new homes will be spread across three buildings: an eight-storey senior living development with 71 units, a 20-storey residential tower with circa 111 units and a four-storey family block with six larger flats. The scheme will consist of 90 shared ownership homes and 27 market sale homes.

Electrical Installation of apartments including consumer units and outgoing ways also to include electric radiators/water heating, data/TV and apartment fire/smoke detection.
