Millennium Bridge House

Scope of Works:

The development comprises the comprehensive refurbishment of Millennium Bridge House. The existing building located immediately to the east of Millennium Bridge on the north bank of the River Thames having been constructed in the late 1980s. The building comprises 293,284 sq ft total GIA of commercial office space over a total of six floors, a basement and a plant enclosure at level 06. The Works comprise stripping the building back to the structural frame, undertaking numerous extensions, reconfiguring atria and re-cladding the entire building. The scheme provides office accommodation with new retail/ restaurant units and multiple accessible roof terraces at upper levels.
