Scope of Works:
300,000ft² of primary office led accommodation together with retail and amenity space, including supplies to the new Browns Restaurant. The building is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and WELL Certified Gold plus it follows the Design for Performance approach using the NABERS UK rating as a pioneer project and rated as WiredScore Platinum. Mechanical services include HVRF, Fan Coil Units, Hot and Cold water services, Drainage, and Rainwater.
