156 Apartments across 4 blocks & 18 LIU and external Car Park
- The project consists of 4 blocks of residential accommodation with a total of 156 dwellings above light industrial and commercial units at ground floor.
- Block A – consisting of 28 flats
- Block B – consisting of 59 flats
- Block C – consisting of 35 flats
- Block D – consisting of 34 flats
The site consisted of affordable rent and London affordable rent tenures. These units are a mix of one, two and three bed apartments. The light industrial units and commercial space which are located at lower levels were developed to shell and core level only.
- Full M&E installation of apartments. MVHR, HIU, Wet heating system, Consumer Units, Door Entry, Smoke/Fire, Kitchens, Bathrooms & Utility Cupboards
